A procurement plan is a document that identifies the goods and services that must be purchased from outside the project team. it describes how the procurement process will be managed, from identifying potential vendors to closing out contracts.

Key Columns in this Template:

• Item/Service: What needs to be purchased.
• Procurement Method: RFP, RFQ, Sole Source.
• Contract Type: Fixed Price, Time & Materials, etc.
• Potential Vendors: List of qualified sellers.
• Target Date: When the contract should be signed.
• Estimated Cost: Budget for this procurement.
